Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or extracting information from Panther.OS (hereinafter referred to as "The System", "Portal", or "Network"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with the System Administrator and Architect. If you disagree with any provision of these extended Terms of Service, you must terminate your session and disconnect from the node immediately.

The System is designed primarily for the residents of Shafiyabad Sharif and Dharambari Panchayat, but remains accessible to the global internet. The rules apply universally to all IP addresses communicating with our servers.

Panther.OS is engineered for community empowerment, e-governance access, and public intelligence. You are permitted to:

• [-] Access public demographic and census data for educational or informational purposes.
• [-] Use the E-Mitra Gateway to navigate to official government service portals.
• [-] Contact local artisans for legitimate business or hiring purposes.

Any attempt to compromise the integrity, availability, or confidentiality of Panther.OS is strictly forbidden. The following activities will result in an immediate IP ban and potential legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India):

• [!] Payload Injection: Attempting SQL injection, XSS, or deploying any malicious payload against the portal's infrastructure.
• [!] Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS): Flooding the server nodes with artificial traffic to disrupt service for genuine villagers.
• [!] Data Scraping: Using automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest contact numbers from the Artisan Directory or Governance Node for spam or telemarketing.
• [!] Unauthorized Pentesting: Running vulnerability scanners against this domain without explicit, written consent from the Architect (Cyber07).

The E-Mitra Services Hub contains hypertext links routing to external, third-party government websites (e.g., bihar.gov.in, uidai.gov.in). Panther.OS acts strictly as an aggregator to save time for the villagers.

Waiver of Responsibility:

We do not operate, control, or endorse the operations of these external sites. If a government portal is down, if a form submission fails, or if a user inputs sensitive data (Aadhar, Bank Details) on those external sites, Panther.OS and its Architect hold ZERO liability. Your interaction with third-party nodes is at your own absolute risk.

The Analytics Node displays data sourced from the 2011 Census of India and local public records. While every effort is made to present accurate and high-fidelity data, Panther.OS does not guarantee real-time accuracy. Population metrics, literacy rates, and weather/AQI reports are provided "AS IS" without any warranties. Decisions made based on this portal's data are the sole responsibility of the user.

The visual aesthetics, UI/UX design, modular code structure, animations, and the "Panther.OS" trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of Samir Raja (Cyber07). You may not clone, reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute the source code of this specific implementation without authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Architect and administrators of Panther.OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets resulting from your access to or inability to access the system.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Architect from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the portal.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes relating to this system shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gopalganj, Bihar, or the High Court of Patna.
